Em menos de uma semana, o volante Fernando Medeiros foi oficializado como reforço do Bahia, apresentado e já está entre os relacionados para a partida do Esquadrão frente ao Bahia de Feira, nessa quarta-feira (30), pelo Campeonato Baiano.

Como não poderia deixar de ser, o atleta não escondeu a sua felicidade em conseguir convencer rapidamente o técnico Enderson Moreira de sua condição para estar entre os relacionados. Algo que foi facilitado pela rápida adaptação em um processo que contou também com a colaboração de seu irmão gêmeo, Flávio.

– Estou no Bahia há poucos dias, mas fui tão bem recebido pelos companheiros, membros da comissão técnica e diretoria, que já me sinto em casa. E é claro que o fato do meu irmão (o também volante Flávio) estar no clube desde o ano passado também facilitou bem nessa rápida adaptação.

Em relação a titularidade, no entanto, Fernando deve ter de esperar um pouco mais para conseguir lugar cativo assim como já tem seu irmão. Isso porque, na última partida do Bahia pela Copa do Nordeste na vitória por 3 a 1 contra o Santa Cruz, ele foi titular ao lado de Gregore em uma formação que tem fortes indícios de ser a considerada “força máxima” do time de Salvador.

وقال الشاذلي في تصريحات تلفزيوية ببرنامج “الماتش”: “بمجرد ورود الأنباء عن اختفاء أحمد بغدودة، الوزير أشرف صبحي أجرى اتصالات وعلمنا أنه سافر إلى فرنسا، وكان يهمنا في البداية أن نطمئن عليه، ونُحاول الاطمئنان عليه حتى الآن من خلال الاتصال به ولكنه لا يرد”.

وأضاف: “الوزارة تجري تحقيقات الآن بشأن سفر اللاعب، ووالده كان قد صرح بأن اللاعب شارك وهو مُصاب، وسنتحقق من هذه الأمور”.

وأردف: “الوزير دائمًا يلتقي بكل اللاعبين في جميع الألعاب قبل الأولمبياد، والوزارة تُساعد أي لاعب في الاحتراف، لكن أن يظل يلعب تحت علم مصر وليس دولة أخرى”.

وواصل: “الوزارة تقدم حزمة من المزايا للاعبين ليست موجودة في العالم كله، منها أن اللاعبين يحصلون على رواتب شهرية، وتوفر لهم السفريات والإقامة، وفي 1 يوليو الماضي الوزير قرر منح رواتب أعلى للاعبين وفق تصنيفهم”.

وتابع: “المرتبات تبدأ من 3 إلى 4 آلاف جنيه، بخلاف راتب الاتحاد حوالي 8 آلاف جنيه، هذا في حالة البطل الواعد الذي مازال مشروعًا”.

وكشف: “أحمد كان مُسجلًا مع مركز شباب بيلا، وكان الاتحاد له مستحقات عند النادي بشأن اللاعب، والأخير كان عليه أن يدفع الرسوم للاتحاد، وهو لم يفعل ذلك، وبالتالي عندما كان له مستحقات عند الاتحاد تم خصم المبلغ المستحق عليه وهو كان حوالي 13 ألف جنيه، لأنه وقع على تعهد في وقت سابق بتسديد هذا المبلغ عندما انتقل من مركز الشباب لناد آخر”.

واستكمل: “أما عن مُطالبة مسؤولين الأهلي بدعم النادي من الوزارة، فنحن لا ندعم منظومة كرة القدم، الأهلي والزمالك والأندية الكبيرة نرى الميزانية الخاصة بهم، ولو قدمنا دعمًا فنُساعدهم في الحصول على الأرض أو تراخيص أو ما شابه، نحن نتدخل فقط في حالة الأزمات”.

واستطرد: “ساندنا كل أندية مصر، مثل الاتحاد السكندري وأنشأنا فرعًا جديدًا، وأنشأنا فرعًا اجتماعيًا للنادي الإسماعيلي، وكنا نُحاول توفير رعاية لهم، لكن هنا لا نتحدث عن دعم مُطلق، الوزارة لها أولويات، عندنا 5000 مركز شباب ومنشئآت تقدم خدمات شبابية”.

واستأنف: “محمد مصيلحي قدم الكثير لنادي الاتحاد السكندري، والوزير كان حريصًا على استمراره في المنظومة، ووصل لمرحلة جيدة معه ليثنيه عن قراره، هو من القامات الرياضية الكبيرة وصنع اسمًا كبيرًا في الاتحاد، لكن لا يوجد ناد يحصد بطولات دائمًا، حتى وإن كانت البطولة المفضلة مثل السلة، لكن النادي يتمتع باستقرار كبير، وأطالب الجماهير بدعمه”.

واختتم: “مصيلحي لم يتقدم باستقالة رسمية، ولكن كان في جلسة مع الوزير، وكانت مثمرة وإن شاء الله يعود في قراره”.

توج فريق إنتر ميلان بطلًا لكأس إيطاليا لموسم 2022-2023 بعد فوزه أمام فيورنتينا بهدفين لهدف، مساء الأربعاء.

والتقى إنتر ميلان وفيورنتينا على ملعب “الأولمبيكو” لخوض نهائي كأس إيطاليا للموسم الجاري.

ESPNcricinfo understands Basson had already typed his resignation letter after local media alleged that he was involved in the Aparthied-era chemical warfare program, but a board member persuaded him not to step down.Vincent Sinovich, president of the Northerns Cricket Union, confirmed Basson was about to quit before the two spoke. “I begged him not to resign, and I’ve been on edge waiting to see what he would do,” Sinovich said. “He certainly was thinking very seriously about resigning.”No-one else would have achieved what he has achieved in the time he has been there. We all have a past. Whether he was involved or wasn’t involved [in the government] he doesn’t need to explain himself. It was 30 years ago.”Despite Basson’s change of heart, a source close to CSA’s board said some members will still ask Basson to resign at their meeting on Wednesday. It is at this meeting that CSA will iron out the details of the new board, which must be put in place at their AGM on February 2.The board restructure was put in place after the conclusion of the Nicholson commission – the ministerial authority set up to investigate Gerald Majola’s financial wrongdoing and CSA’s corporate governance structures. Nicholson instructed CSA to reconstitute their board to an 11-member panel (down from 22) and include five independent directors.While CSA’s nomination committee has decided on the independent component of the board, there is dispute over the chairmanship. The committee chose former CSA president Norman Arendse but the current board vetoed that decision. Arendse then took the matter to arbitration and won only to have the South African Sports Confederation and Olympic Committee (SASCOC) raise an objection to independent chairmanship. Wednesday’s board meeting will decide whether CSA will honour Nicholson or obey SASCOC.Whichever route they take, Basson will not sit on the board so his resignation does not have much effect on the presidency. However, if Basson stays on, he will continue in his role as head of the transformation committee, which the disgruntled board members are unhappy with.Their reasons for objecting with Basson continuing in a development role relate to his prior involvement with the old South African government. Although Basson has not elaborated on exactly what he did while involved in the program, his association with it is thought to contradict strongly with the values of democratic South Africa.Those members also blame him for the lack of transformation in South Africa’s Test squad, which is another item on the agenda at the Wednesday meeting. There has been talk that the board is considering legislating the number of black Africans who take the field at all levels.

كشفت تقارير صحفية إسبانية، عن حديث فينيسيوس جونيور لاعب فريق ريال مدريد الأول لكرة القدم مع لاعبي أوساسونا أمس، في المباراة التي جمعت بينهما بنهائي كأس ملك إسبانيا.

ريال مدريد فاز بهدفين مقابل هدف على أوساسونا في نهائي الكأس، وتوّج النادي الملكي بكاس ملك إسبانيا، الـ20 في تاريخه.

فينيسيوس كما جرت العادة، تعرض لاستفزازات من الجماهير ولاعبي أوساسونا، كما ظهر متوترًا في أوقات كثيرة من المباراة، قبل أن يصنع الفارق ويقود فريقه للفوز.

صحيفة “سبورت” الإسبانية، نقلت ما أفاد به برنامج شيرنجيتو الإسباني، وكشف حديث اللاعب البرازيلي مع لاعبي أوساسونا خلال المباراة التي جمعت بينهما في إشبيلية أمس.

وكشف البرنامج الإسباني، عن كلمات فينيسيوس، حيث قال لهم: “أنتم فريق صغير، كيف ستفوزون بالكأس وأنتم فريق صغير أمام ريال مدريد”.

تلك الكلمات استفزت لاعبي أوساسونا أثناء الدخول إلى غرفة الملابس في نفق الملعب، وهو ما جعلهم يحاولون الوصول والاشتباك باللاعب البرازيلي، قبل أن يمنعهم الأمن وزملائهم.

Flamengo e Grêmio entraram em acordo e o volante Rômulo tem tudo para defender o Tricolor Gaúcho a partir de janeiro. Entre os clubes está tudo certo, restando os exames médicos e a assinatura do contrato de um ano para o clube anunciar a contratação do jogador, de 28 anos.

A informação foi inicialmente dada pelo site “Globoesporte”. A negociação já vem sendo feita há alguns dias e o Flamengo dividirá os vencimentos mensais de Rômulo com o Grêmio.

Inicialmente, o volante Rômulo foi oferecido pelo Flamengo ao Grêmio como parte do negócio pela compra de Luan. A vinda do meia-atacante ao time da Gávea, no entanto, não foi concretizada.

Contratado em 2017, cercado por expectativa, Rômulo jamais engrenou uma boa sequência no Flamengo. Em 2018, foram apenas 13 partidas. O camisa 27 terminou o ano com a relação desgastada com a torcida. Assim, entrou na lista de nomes considerados negociáveis pela direção.

Punjab gave themselves a chance of winning their fifth game of the season – no side has won more than two – but before that, Uday Kaul gave them the first-innings lead as he added 31 with the last man Sarabjit Ladda. Punjab began the day on 227 for 7, still well behind Gujarat’s 266. They were 237 for 9 when Ladda, playing his first first-class game in two years, joined Kaul, who pushed Punjab to 268 before falling to Rush Kalaria on 93. Ladda then picked up four wickets as Gujarat, on the lookout for quick runs to try and force a result, were dismissed for 232. Manprit Juneja led the way with 79, but he had little support. It was left to Kalaria’s unbeaten 33 to drag Gujarat from 148 for 7 to set Punjab a chase of 231 on the final day.

Hiken Shah took 75 balls to make 18 and Suryakumar Yadav 28 to make 5. Ishwar Pandey was again among the wickets after his six-for in the first innings.

Railways, on 145 for 2 at the start of the day, were dealt twin blows by Ashish Reddy, who dismissed the captain Sanjay Bangar and Nitin Bhille. Offspinner Amol Shinde took over after that, taking five of the remaining six wickets as Railways crumbled to 213. Hyderabad had a big lead in the bag, but it was now the turn of the Railways spinners. Karan Sharma and Murali Kartik took five wickets between them after Anureet Singh struck with the second ball of the Hyderabad innings. Hyderabad closed on 130 for 6, but their overall lead was a healthy 254.

He bowled Kamlesh Makvana for his overnight score of 54, and did the same to Sandip Maniar. Chouhan retired on 6, and Rajasthan lost the captain Hrishikesh Kanitkar for a duck when he was bowled by Maniar. First-innings centurion Ashok Menaria came in and made a breezy 46. Chouhan returned to join Saxena after Menaria fell and was seventh man out with the score on 220. Rajasthan declared on 234 for 9, and Saurashtra reached 11 for no loss at stumps.
